We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from VibeStoresUSA. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at vibestoresusa@gmail.com or call us at (917) 246-1734. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order separately.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately at vibestoresusa@gmail.com if you need to cancel.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods, sale items, and gift cards.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
EU Customers
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
